Early morning, 21th of January 2019, we could observe an total super Lunar eclipse from Longyearbyen. We was extremely lucky with the conditions, clear weather and not so windy, but of course cold!
I had planed this picture for a while, and had spotet out a place where  could combine the moon with the mountains, just above the city of Longyearbyen. But, the moon was at the right place only a very short time, so the
exposure had to be successful, I did’t get any second chance.
