Every spring, from midt April to June, the valley is filled up with an fantastic birdlife. At that time, the light conditions from the afternoon and during the night, is spectacular and perfect for bird photography. I placed my self out, on a nice spot, and was waiting for the birds to come. I didn’t have to wait too long, birds was constantly coming in and out of the valley and give me a lot of opportunities to shot, whit the lovely Svalbard mountains in the background.
